These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made in this webshop. Once you have placed your order, you automatically also agree with these conditions.
Payment
We accept all mayor credit cards.
All transactions are processed securely.
It is also possible to pay with iDEAL or via bank transfer.

1. the item(s) you would like to order
2. the shipping address
You will receive an e-mail with further payment instructions within a day.
Shipping-Delivery
Shipping costs for parcels depend on the items ordered and the country of delivery. You find the shipping costs when you check out. All items are shipped from the Netherlands within 1-2 days after the order is placed. You will receive an update once the parcel is on it's way.
PRINTS come wrapped in acid free paper and plastic cover and are solidly packed between foamboards, with fillers for extra protection, or in a sturdy tube wrapped up in plastic cover
Unica are wrapped up depending there measurements but normally with (bubble)foil and packed in a cardboard box or crate.

Shipping EU (3-7 days) € 12 - € 15*
Shipping WORLD (7-12 days) € 20*
* when you order more than one print the shipping fee can be lower.
If you do not receive your order, because of a mistake by the post office, please contact us. Together we will look for a suitable solution.
Change and return
If an order reaches you in good condition but you still aren’t satisfied, it is possible to return or change your order on the condition the order comes back in good condition. You will have to pay for shipping back the items.
Warranty
Please check your order as soon as it is delivered. When your order is damaged, contact us within 1 week and send a picture of the damage. After we’ve received your email, we will send the product again and will pay for the costs.

Products may under no circumstances be copied or used to produce a new product.

When you place an order, you have to fill in some personal data. We need these data to complete the order. Your data will only be used for this purpose.

Binnen een dag ontvang je een e-mail met verdere betaalinstructies.
Verzending en bezorging
De verzendkosten voor pakketten zijn afhankelijk van de bestelde artikelen en het land van levering. De verzendkosten vindt u bij het afrekenen. Alle artikelen worden binnen 1-2 dagen nadat de bestelling is geplaatst vanuit Nederland verzonden. Zodra het pakket onderweg is, ontvang je een update.
PRINTS worden verpakt in zuurvrij papier en plastic omhulsel en stevig verpakt tussen foamboards, met vulstoffen voor extra bescherming, of in een stevige buis verpakt in plastic omhulsel
Unica wordt afhankelijk van de afmetingen verpakt, maar normaal gesproken met (bubbel)folie en verpakt in een kartonnen doos of krat.

*Als u meer dan één afdruk bestelt, kunnen de verzendkosten lager zijn.
Als u uw bestelling niet ontvangt, vanwege een fout van het postkantoor, neem dan contact met ons op. Samen gaan we op zoek naar een passende oplossing.
Veranderen en terugkeren
Als een bestelling u in goede staat bereikt, maar u bent nog steeds niet tevreden, dan is het mogelijk om uw bestelling te retourneren of te wijzigen, op voorwaarde dat de bestelling in goede staat terugkeert. U moet betalen voor het terugsturen van de artikelen.
Garantie
Controleer uw bestelling zodra deze is afgeleverd. Wanneer uw bestelling beschadigd is, neem dan binnen 1 week contact met ons op en stuur een foto van de schade. Nadat wij uw e-mail hebben ontvangen, sturen wij het product opnieuw op en betalen wij de kosten.

Spedizione
Le spese di spedizione dei pacchi dipendono dagli articoli ordinati e dal paese di consegna. Troverai le spese di spedizione al momento del check out. Tutti gli articoli vengono spediti dai Paesi Bassi entro 1-2 giorni dall'ordine. Riceverai un aggiornamento una volta che il pacco sarà in viaggio.
Le STAMPE sono avvolte in carta priva di acidi e copertura in plastica e sono solidamente imballate tra pannelli di schiuma, con riempitivi per una protezione extra, o in un robusto tubo avvolto in una copertura in plastica
Gli Unica vengono confezionati a seconda delle misure ma normalmente con un foglio di alluminio (a bolle d'aria) e imballati in una scatola di cartone o cassa.

*quando ordini più di una stampa le spese di spedizione possono essere inferiori.
Se non ricevi il tuo ordine a causa di un errore dell'ufficio postale, contattaci. Insieme cercheremo una soluzione adeguata.
Cambiare e ritornare
Se un ordine ti arriva in buone condizioni ma non sei comunque soddisfatto, è possibile restituire o modificare il tuo ordine a condizione che l'ordine ritorni in buone condizioni. Dovrai pagare per la restituzione degli articoli.
Garanzia
Ti invitiamo a controllare il tuo ordine non appena viene consegnato. Se il tuo ordine è danneggiato, contattaci entro 1 settimana e invia una foto del danno. Dopo aver ricevuto la tua email, ti invieremo nuovamente il prodotto e ne pagheremo le spese.
